Works for Women sees a need to shift the landscape when it comes to women's leadership in Alberta. Change will not happen overnight, but through each individual efforts, we can create the change we want to see - an inspired workplace where women will lead.

Erin Davis
Co-Founder

Connector, change maker, and builder of inclusive workplace cultures.

While change doesn't always happen overnight, Erin has seen firsthand the power of intentional action driving positive impact at Catalyst, where she works with organizations across western Canada to accelerate their equity, diversity and inclusion strategies.  
Erin has been honoured to receive both the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion award as D&I Practitioner of the Year in Western Canada, as well as the Catalyst Canada Honours award in the Emerging Leader category for her work in the diversity and inclusion space in 2018.

Melissa Creech
Co-Founder

Trail Blazer and Organizer

Melissa works to organize and activate change in all organizations she works with.  In addition to pressing for progress with Works for Women, Melissa is the Dean of Training for Edmonton Fire and Rescue, sits on a Diversity and Inclusion committee at the City of Edmonton and is an advisor for a women's leadership group at the University of Alberta.  When it comes to creating change for women, Melissa believes it is time to move beyond the conversation and for people to start to take action.

Jodi Eyolfson​

Creative Director
Designer, leader and entrepreneur.

Jodi is the Manager, Visual Communications Design at Stantec and owner of Vera Rose - A Creative Agency. She is passionate about giving back to organizations in her community. She is also the Vice Chair of the Nina Haggerty Centre
for the Arts and volunteer at the Edmonton Humane Society. She loves to support organizations like SACE and Little Warriors and hope to do more with both in the future.
